THE TWO MOUNTING HOLES THAT ARE CLOSEST TO THE FRONT OF THE SEAT ARE  ARE 11.25 INCHES FROM CENTER TO CENTER.   THE HOLES ON THE SIDES OF THE SEAT ARE 11.5 INCHES FROM THE TWO OTHER MOUNTING HOLES.
